What is Krino?
Print shop software for quoting, jobs, proofs, and invoicing. You price from your own materials and operations, the customer accepts and signs off proofs online, and the job runs through to an invoice in Xero. One place instead of a spreadsheet, an email chain, and a whiteboard.
Who is it for?
Independent Australian print, wide-format, and sign shops with roughly 1 to 5 staff, already on Xero, still quoting from spreadsheets or memory. If you're a franchise site on a head-office system, or a 40-person plant that needs a full MIS, Krino is the wrong tool and we'll tell you so on the call.
Does it replace my RIP or my accounting?
No to both. Your RIP keeps driving the printers. Xero keeps the books. Krino sits in between: quote, accept, produce, invoice. Invoices go to Xero as they're raised, and customers and payments sync back.
How does pricing work?
$150 AUD a month plus GST for the shop plan, with unlimited users. That covers quoting, jobs, proofs, invoicing, the customer portal, and Xero. Add-ons like the Communication Hub, MCP access, and e-commerce cost extra only if you turn them on. No per-seat fees, no lock-in contract.
Do I have to rebuild all my pricing?
You enter it once. Onboarding walks you through adding your materials, buy prices, operations, and markup, then building your common job types from them. If you already have it in a spreadsheet, most of that is copy and paste. After that, every quote draws from the same numbers.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the size of your catalogue. A shop with a tidy spreadsheet can be quoting the same afternoon. If your pricing lives in your head, budget a few sessions to get it out. Either way, you're not waiting on us.
Are the quotes guaranteed correct?
No. Formulas produce estimates from the prices and rules you set. You review every quote before it goes out, same as you would with a spreadsheet. What Krino guarantees is consistency: the same job priced by two people gets the same answer.
